Women's Golfers Finish Third at Stanford

LOS ANGELES -- The 16th-ranked UCLA women's golf team placed third at the Peg Barnard Invitational, hosted by Stanford this weekend at the Stanford Golf Course.
The Bruins posted a final round team score of 306 for a 36-hole total of 608. Washington and USC tied for first at 602.
UCLA senior Amanda Moltke-Leth won medalist honors, posting a final round 73 for a two-round total of 144, even par. USC's Candi Kung and Washington's Kelli Kamimura tied for second at 146.
Other UCLA top 25 finishers included junior Leilani Bagby tying for 13th at 154, Laura Moffat tying for 19th at 155 andAlicia Um tying for 25th at 157. Freshman Jamie Kim, who played as an individual, placed 38th at 162 and Vivan Phosomran tied for 39th at 164.
