The No.2 ranked UCLA women's golf team remained in second place after two rounds at the Wildcat Invitational, hosted by the University of Arizona at Arizona National Golf Club.

The Bruins posted a second round score of 294, 10-over par, and have a 36-hole total of 582, three shots behind first-place Vanderbilt. The Commodores posted a second-round score of 289, five-over par. Ohio State, the first-round leader, fell to third at 584, followed by California at 591 and Nevada-Las Vegas at 601.

Freshman Hannah Jun fired a one-under par score of 70 on Tuesday and is tied for fouth place at 141 (-1). Sophomore Susie Mathews and senior Krystal Shearer are tied for eighth at 147 (+5). Mathews posted a score of 73 and Shearer carded a 74. Junior Charlotte Mayorkas is tied for 11th place 148 (+6). Scores for seniors Bridget Dwyer and Hana Kim were not immediately available.

Final round action continues Wednesday.
