Senior Annika Lenz captured a third-place finish in the platform event Saturday on Day 2 of the Bruin Diving Invitational. Her score of 513.30 trailed only first-place finisher Madison Witt of USC (545.20) and Carly Souza, also of USC (520.65).

All four Bruin competitors advanced to the finals of the event and each finished in the Top 12. Sophomore Traci Shiver finished sixth with a score of 435.80, while sophomore Kat Friese recorded a 10th-place mark of 422.40 and sophomore Madeline Russell finished 12th at 411.70.

In yesterday's Day 1 action, Lenz finished eighth in the 3-meter event with a score of 545.70. Bruin juniors Maria Polyakova (674.65) and Ciara Monahan (602.80) finished first and second, respectively, while Friese added a sixth-place finish at 551:80.

Tomorrow will conclude the Bruin Diving Invitational, as six Bruins will compete in the 1-meter event. Those results will also apply to the dual meet between UCLA and Utah, in which the Bruins clinched victory yesterday.
