EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. - The Bruins open the 2017 portion of their 2017-2018 season this week at the ANNIKA Intercollegiate at the Olympic Hills Golf Club. The tournament runs from Sunday through Tuesday at the par-72, 6,288-yard layout.
The scoring fivesome for the Bruins will consist of senior Joo Seo, junior Beth Wu, sophomores Mariel Galdiano and Clare Legaspi and freshman Patty Tavatanakit. UCLA begins its first round on Sunday at 9 a.m. CT/7 a.m. PT off the 10th tee in the order of Seo, Legaspi, Tavatanakit, Wu and Galdiano. Live scoring will be available here.
Joining the Bruins in the 12-team field are Arkansas, Baylor, Florida State, Furman, Georgia, Miami Florida, Minnesota, South Carolina, Stanford, USC and Texas.
UCLA has played in all four ANNIKA Intercollegiates, but this is the first one not to be held in Orlando, Fla. The Bruins finished third (-20, 844) last year, sixth (-2, 862) in 2015 and ninth (+11, 875) in 2014.
