She has won four events in a row, setting a new school record with her eighth career victory at the Wildcat Invitational. Vu broke UCLA's 54-hole tournament record with a 14-under 202, opening with an 8-under 64 and closing with back-to-back, 3-under 69s. The win helped the junior earn Pac-12 Golfer of the Month honors (March) for the third time this season, second month in a row and fifth time in her career. Vu also won the Bruin Wave Invitational (-1, 215), the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge (-1, 212) and the Battle at the Beach (-8, 205), while placing second at the Nanea Pac-12 Preview (-7, 139) and tying for sixth at the Stanford Intercollegiate (E, 213). For the season, she has 14 under-par rounds and 10 in the 60s.
Galdiano placed second in the single round of stroke play at SDSU, shooting a 2-under 70. It was her fourth Top 10 of the season and seventh Top 20, as Galdiano has 11 under-par rounds and six rounds in the 60s. The freshman's best round of the year was a 5-under 68 in her last round at Nanea.
Wu, who along with Galdiano is one of two Bruins to play in all eight events this season, has four Top 10s and five Top 20s. She has shot seven under-par rounds and a pair in the 60s. Wu was fourth at the Nanea (-4, 142), finishing with a 5-under 68. She also tied for sixth at both the Stanford Inter (E, 213) and the Battle at the Beach (-3, 210), the latter tournament shooting a final-round, 5-under 66.
