Appeared in seven pole vault competitions for UCLA during the 2023 outdoor seasonโ€ฆ Opened her season at the Ben Brown Invitational on March 10, placing 13th in the meetโ€ฆ Won her section at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 14, clearing 3.80m (12-05.50) Peaked at the right time, recording a season-best mark 4.05m (13-03.50) at the Pac-12 Championshipsโ€ฆ Finished 11th in the Conference with the mark before placing 33rd at the NCAA regional meet (3.97m, 13-00.25).

2022
Did not compete for the Bruins.

2021
Did not compete this season due to injury.

2020
Vaulted in one meet this season โ€ฆ Indoor: Made her UCLA debut at the UW Preview, where she finished 19th in the pole vault with a clearance of 3.51m (11-06.25).

High School
Pole vaulter for Eastside Catholic School in Seattle, Wash. โ€ฆ Notched a personal-best clearance of 13 feet โ€ฆ Earned Scholar Athlete recognition in high school โ€ฆ Was a level 9 gymnast until the end of her junior year, then moved to pole vault and started October of her senior year โ€ฆ Jumped 12 feet by December and went on to clear 13 feet by the end of her senior campaign.

Born in Issaquah, Wash., to parents Teresa and Steve Serex โ€ฆ Has two younger siblings, Isabella (Bella) and Alexandra (Alex) โ€ฆ Chose to attend UCLA because it had everything she wanted athletically and academically and it felt like home when she stepped on campus โ€ฆ Enjoys skiing and spending time with family โ€ฆ Plans to take a Pre-Law track at UCLA.
