Levu Named UCLA Student-Athlete of the Week Presented by La Victoria

LOS ANGELES – Junior Mulivai Levu of UCLA Baseball been selected as the Student-Athlete of the Week presented by La Victoria for athletic competitions held between May 19-25.
Levu was named the Big Ten Baseball Tournament's Most Outstanding Player after powering No. 1 UCLA to its first-ever conference tournament title. Levu delivered walk-offs in both the quarterfinal and semifinal rounds, including a sacrifice fly against Purdue and a dramatic three-run homer with the Bruins down to their final out against No. 25 USC. He finished the weekend 5-for-13 with five RBIs and eight total bases.
The first baseman secures his second-career UCLA student-athlete of the week award.
