    • Sophomore forward Jerome Moiso (Guadeloupe, West Indies/Milford Academy) of the men's basketball team was selected the MET-Rx UCLA Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Dec. 20-26.

    This past week, Moiso led the Bruins to two victories in the Pearl Harbor Classic, an 83-62 win over Maine Dec. 21 and a 103-98 overtime win over South Florida Dec. 23. Moiso led the Bruins in scoring with a season-high 20 points vs. South Florida and with 15 points vs. Maine. He also led UCLA with eight rebounds vs. South Florida.

    Moiso leads UCLA in scoring (14.8 ppg) and is second in rebounding (7.4 rpg) this season.
